Aerial, Surface and Instrument disinfectant
Description: BN SILVER is a synergized blend of hydrogen peroxide with sliver ions, stabilized for use as a mutipurpose, highly effective sanitizer for use in various applications found in food, pharma, biotechnology centre, labs and hospitals for disinfection of air and surface by method of fogging, fumigation and surface wiping.
BN SILVER is certified by FDA (Food and Drug Administration) approved NTC (National Toxicology Centre) for its safety for use in direct disinfection fo drinking water.
Aerial Disinfection:
Addj200ml dilution of BN SILVER with 800ml water and aerosol it with a fogging machine to disinfect a 100 cft area room and leave for a contract time of 45-60 mins. After application the room will be completely disinfected with no viable aerobic microbial count and odor.
Medical Instruments and Equipments:
Medical instruments can be disinfected by two methods:
Surface disinfection of Table, Floor, Wall etc.
BN-SILVER should be diluted in 5% v/v solution with water and applied on any critical surface and left for 45 mins.
The surface that are compatibe are: aluminum, stainless steel, ceramic tile, EPDM, polypropylene, HDPE, LDPE, PET, beech wood, neoprene, laminate, silicone, glass, polyurethane, paper, AHU filter, curtain and carpet fabric.
Infection Management
Infection management of disposable instrument, syringes, blood bags etc.
20% w/w BN-SILVER solutions in water can be used for disinfection of surgical instruments, syringes, catheters, blood bags and gloves for prevention of nosocomial infections and infections and routine before disposal. The article should be dipped inside the solution for at least 30 mins before disposing them.
